Chocolate Chai Protein Pudding

Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding
Ingredients:
6 tbsp chai seeds
1 serving chocolate protein powder
2 cups almond milk
2 tsp honey (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cacao powder
2 tbsp ground flax
Pinch of salt
For the Topping:
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsp goji berries
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
Fresh blueberries, raspberries and strawberries.
Directions:
Add the almond milk, protein powder, cacao powder, ground flax, vanilla, honey and a pinch of salt in to your blender.
Add 3 tbsp of chai seeds to 2 jars and pour half of the chocolate mixture into each jar, stir until no lumps of chai seeds remain.
Let the mixture settle for 5 minutes and then whisk again until there are no clumps.
Cover and store in the fridge over night.
When you are ready to eat add your coconut yoghurt, almond butter fresh fruit, goji berries and cacao nibs!
