Coffee and breakfast in one? Yes please!

I love a breakfast you can prep the night before on busy mornings, especially when it involves coffee!

These overnight oats taste like a refreshing iced latte but, are a way -more filling and nourishing way to start your day.

If you’re a coffee lover like me, I highly recommend giving these a go.

Ingredients:

Rude Health Instant Bircher Muesli Soft & Fruity

Almond Milk

A shot of coffee (I used Hazelnut Nespresso)

2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Form)

Topping:

Coconut yoghurt (I used COCO’s Organic)

Handful of Strawberries

1/2 a Banana

Cacao Nibs

Method:

Put the oats, protein powder, almond milk and shot of coffee into a bowl. Mix together well and cling wrap in the fridge overnight.

Take out the fridge and add your toppings!
