Glow-Getter Smoothie

Being a choc-a-holic I need my chocolate fix, especially during that time of the month. Here is one of my favourite smoothie’s that takes away my sugar craving and gives me a boost of energy.

Best to enjoy in the morning or pre-work out.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tablespoon of Peanut Butter (I use ‘Manilife’ Deep Roast)

  • Cocao Nibs

  • Goji Berries

  • 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds

  • 1 Banana

  • Almond milk


Blitz the ingredients together in a high-speed blender and glow-get it!

Add a few more cocao nibs on top to serve.
